About Inspire Counseling PLLC

Annie graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Psychology and Whitworth University with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Annie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate working in person in Spokane Washington and licensed to do telehealth throughout the state of Washington.   Annie offers a person-centered and emotions focused approach, where therapist and client develop a strong collaborative relationship and where sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates techniques from several counseling modalities including  Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Bowenian Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Gottman and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy.
